| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*:the contact stated while depressing the brake pedal at highway speeds the vehicle vibrates due to the rotors being warped. the vehicle was taken to the dealership and the front brakes were replaced. since the replacement the contact began to have the problem with the vehicle vibrating. it has been taken to the dealership a total of three times. the first time both front rotors were turned. the second time the front passenger rotors were resurfaced. the last time the front passenger rotor was warped however the dealership resurfaced the front driver and passenger side rotors. the rotors have been resurfaced three times in the last thirteen months. the dealership determined this is due to the way the contact drives the vehicle. the contact claimed dealer replaced rotors on 04/18/2006, and turned them 3 times in 13 months. |
