| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving 40mph, the vehicle was involved in a crash and the air bags did not deploy. the collision occurred when another vehicle ran a red light. the contact tried to avoid an accident, but hit a tree head on. the impact was the complete front end of the vehicle. both occupants of the vehicle received injuries to the head and shoulders; however, both were wearing seat belts. the police were at the scene of the accident and provided a written report. the vehicle was not considered totaled by the insurance company and was repaired. |
