| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When driving at slow speeds, in the process of slowing down or at a complete stop the truck experiences engine surges. it happens unexpectedly and gives no warning. it's extremely dangerous because i've almost rear-ended people numerous times due to the surges. it was brought into the dealership for service and they said they did a software update but could not duplicate the problem. i'll be making an appointment for another service call within the next week. i thought it was just me but then a co-worker said she had the same issues to the extent that she sold her car back and bought a completely different make & model. *jb |
