| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Rear passenger automatic side door does not close, pops open when its suppose to latch shut. a child safety seat is beside the automatic door. door opened while my 9 year old son was sitting beside door and the vehicle was in motion. luckily i was only going about 15 miles and hour in a residential zone. door was taken in to dealership for inspection, because vehicle is no longer under warranty, no step were taken to repair door due to financial restraints. *jb |
