Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The car was purchased on jan 28, 2006 driven for exactly 33 days when on march 3, 2006 right front end of car collapsed while driving it, made a right turn to park in a parking spot and wheel came off and car dropped to ground, dealership informed states no tow service available, i had to have car towed, they did fix car has a 90 day warranty on mechanical then after that car collapsed again this time the left front end same thing as before, while driving, made a left turn to go to a restaurant lot to park and the wheel came of front end dropped to the ground this time someone was behind and nearly hit the back of me, this was a weekend, dealership closed , late needed a flatbed again, finally called dealership on monday explained what happen dealership states this could not have happen, can not fix one side with the other, but if i brought in they would look at it again to see it had been driven inappropriately, like driven over a curb, a pot hole, etc.. so they still state they had no tow service, so it was towed by the city police... where it remains ... no repairs on the second problem have been resolved. *nm |
