Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have had my jeep grand cherokee 2003 for 3 years. it has 55,000 miles on the vehicle and is in excellent condition. in may 2005, the driver's side window regulator (the component that makes the window go up and down) popped. i had it repaired at my expense. it also occurred again in january of 2006; same side driver's side window and again i had it repaired at my expense. it is now april 2006 and the passenger side window regulator popped and is no longer operational. i will need to bring the vehicle in and get it repaired at my expense yet again. *nm
