| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving 40 mph on dry roads, the vehicle accelerated without warning and without the accelerator pedal being depressed. the vehicle was taken to a service dealer 5 times where they were unable to duplicate the problem. the suzuki company was consulted, who informed the contact that there is a diagnostic testing code that must appear while diagnosing the vehicle in order to legitimize the repair of the vehicle. however the dealer did not provide the contact with the diagnostic code. |
