Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My baby's evenflo triumph car seat belts failed. on april 20, 2006, i was traveling on the freeway and had to make an abrupt stop to avoid an accident. my son, although tightly buckled into his car seat, flew out of the car seat because the seat belts opened up when i braked hard. he hit the center console of my car. *jb
