| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated when the vehicle was purchased; the service engine soon light was illuminated. the dealership and owner's manual stated unless the light flashed, it was not a problem. then while traveling 70 mph, the vehicle began to overheat and the engine made a loud noise. there was also steam coming out from under the hood. the vehicle was towed to an independent repair shop where it was determined the head gasket had fractured. |
