Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased my vehicle in january of 2005 and in the first 2 months had windshield chips from normal driving. i have owned many chevrolets over the years and not one chip. now i have another one which makes three in 15 months. the dealer will do nothing about it. we had the first two treated independently because of lack of action. my husband and i think this is an unreasonable amount of chips for a front windshield. i witnessed the first and last with the size of the pebble maybe being a quarter centimeter. my husband works for a glass manufacturer and his superiors tell him that this is unreasonable as well and suggest we contact an attorney if there is no action taken. we have always bought from the same dealer and always chevrolet. in fact we bought a 2005 colorado the week before we purchase this uplander, so loyalty will be an issue if this is not handled. thank you for listening. *nm |
