Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I use chrysler's town and country van limited edition (year 2005). as i was driving , suddenly the vehicle stopped responding to my accelerator. even i press hard vehicle does not pickup the speed. i tried apply the breaks and breaks did not respond. so i have pulled vehicle aside and put it in parking gear (using the gear shift rod) to bring the vehicle to a sudden stop with a jerk. then i switched off the engine. after that engine would not start. happening this on the road is dangerous. i had to do all my controls in the middle of the speeding traffic. i also heard of similar incidents about this vehicle. request you to evaluate this vehicle to save some lives on the road. this problem was diagnosed as failure of fuel pump and service center replaced the fuel pump. *nm
