Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2001 lincoln navigator: passenger attempted to buckle up in the seat directly behind the driver's seat and found that the seat belt (seat belt in this position is rarely used) was unusable--unlatch button was stuck in the depressed position. no crash or injury was involved. a butter knife was used to raise the latch to secure the seat belt. once the release button is depressed to release the belt, it remains in the depressed position. *jb |
