Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Incident occurred during normal use of a 2004 nissan titan. no suspension or drive line modifications. the differential failed when turning right onto a busy street. there was a loud bang then a grinding sound. the truck would not drive after that. every time i tried to accelerate the truck would just grind and not move. the truck was taken to royal moore auto center in hillsboro, or. where it was purchased. the service technician looked at the truck the next day and said the differential needed to be replaced. when he made the order he said nissan would not give him a delivery date for the part because it was back ordered. it's been a week and i still do not have an estimated date for part delivery or repair. *nm |
