| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while attempting to start the vehicle the engine missed. after multiple attempts, the engine eventually started. the vehicle was seen by a dealer and the entire starter assembly was replaced. afterwards, the same problem persisted. the vehicle was returned to the dealer for further inspection. the dealer determined the starter needed to be replaced again. however the new part needed was under design by the manufacturer and not available to repair the problem. the manufacturer was consulted. *ak |
