| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: For the past 4 years my olds alero has refused to start due to a malfunction with the built in security system. this happens one a week and you have to wait for 15 minutes to try and start the car again. the dealer wanted a couple hundred dollars to fix it. i have checked forums and this is a common problem. why doesn't gm acknowledge the problem and fix it for us. i guess they want us to buy a dependable car from someone else. *jb |
