| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while using the child safety seat as a carrier, the handle slipped and the child was ejected onto the driveway. the harness buckle was latched, but failed when the child seat tipped forward. head injuries were sustained as a result of the fall. the child was transported to hospital, via ambulance, in the child seat after the fall. upon further inspection the harness buckle seemed to be operating normally, however the child seat was traded for a new one, at the store where it was originally purchased. the manufacturer was not alerted. the child seat is a graco model 01905pfr, dom 4/29/05.*ak |
