| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Front turn indicators keep blowing bulbs. i have contacted gm and chevrolet motor division concerning my 2001 chevrolet corvette. the front turn indicators have been a continuing problem in this vehicle. i have noticed many 2001-2005 models with this problem. the front turn indicators right and left blow bulbs at different times. it seems to be a problem with the lens covers cracking over time and allowing moisture inside causing the bulb to fail thus when turning, the vehicle will not send a signal to oncoming traffic. chevrolet declined to replace. car has to be placed on a lift to replace a bulb avg cost $2.95 bulb $20.00 labor. *nm |
