| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have recently received the eddie bauer travel system model # 22-630-bal this is the most unsafe car seat that i have ever seen. the base does not fit properly in any vehicle and tips all over the place when driving. i have tried the base in 3 different vehicles and it works in none of them. if you read reviews for the system you will see there are over a 100 people out there with the same problem. i have notified dorel and am hoping for a response from them but feel that before a child is killed because of the safety issue here that this should be investigated. not everyone has the money to purchase a new set when they see how unsafe this one is. i have taken my seat to a fire station to have it put in properly and even they say they would not put their children in it.*****the model # at the end is not correct there was not a option for the model that i have and it would not let me proceed without a # there, the correct model # is 22-630-bal*****jb |
