| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We have a new evenflo titan car seat, and we just went to our local police department to have its installation checked. the officer tried and tried to tighten the straps with the strap that is near the child's feet, and like us, was unable to do so without substantial effort, and even then, he indicated that the straps were not tight enough on our one-year old son. from the reviews i have read, it seems that some people have this problem, and some people do not. i am wondering if there might have been a defective set of these seats produced. thank you. *jb |
