Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was driving down the road, when the rear-end, locked up, and there was a loud bang followed by a violent jerking motion. all i could hear was metal on metal grinding and my transmission grinding to a halt. since the rear end has failed, the transmission has a shuddering to it between 30-35 mph and the steering has been off in the truck as well. it is hard to maintain control sometimes, and the dealer does not want to help fix the problem. the dealer has replaced the rear-end, but the shuddering and steering problems are still prevalent, and the answers i seem to be getting from the dealer is that it is my fault, my problem, and that i am looking for things for them to fix!!!!*jb |
