| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Truck was bought new with 42 miles and at 9k the brake rotors were replaced because of excessive wear. again at 14k miles the brakes needed to be replaced, but this time the dealer refused to pay. the rotors only had 5k miles and 3 months. i spoke with chrylser, the general manager of the dealership, and the service manager and they are telling me this is normal wear and tear. i told them this was unacceptable that rotors were wearing out so quickly. i have made 3 attempts to fix the problem and it is still not fixed. i am comtemplating the next step in the repair process. hopefully, the nhtsa can be of some assistance. *jb |
