| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a graco snugride infant car seat, manufactured on 042205. the model number 8465wsr2. my son choked on the cotton padding on the head rest. there is no cover for the back part of the headrest and he grabbed a handful of cotton and put it into his mouth! i had to stick both of my fingers down his throat to retrieve the padding. had i not pulled the car over when i did, he may have ... i cant even say it. i don't want this to happen to another child/mother. this is a serious hazard for baby. *jb |
