Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I just bought a 2006 sebring convertible touring edition, i had driven to work 23 freeway miles. i noticed there was a lot of wind noise with the top up. i checked to make sure it was latched properly. on the way home i had the same wind noise(it was a windy day) after 20 miles on the freeway at 65 mph in rush hour traffic, the top gave way & blew back. you can see where the latch scraped. i almost had an accident in rush hour traffic. i think their is a seal defect. the dealer claims i was at fault, and it was not latched properly. the car had been purchased 4/27/06. *jb |
