| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: After vehicle spent nearly two months in the shop due to ball joint assembly failure the car was put back into my possession. i drove the car from the dealer that it was purchased from to home, approximately 300 miles. i noticed a rubbing noise still coming from the front end of the vehicle. after 1 day of the car being in my possession i heard a rattling sound coming from the rear end of the car. mostly going over small bumps at low speeds. needless to say i have had the vehicle for 5 months and i have spent more time driving my 2001 escort than i have my 2006 gt. sad but true the escort nearly $20,000 less than the gt is safer and more reliable than my brand new off the line vehicle has been. *jb |
