Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Our evenflo triumph car seat harness system failed. the rigid plastic plate that covers the mechanism no longer stays closed after only 3 1/2 years of use. this allows the harness to become trapped between the shell of the seat and the cover, making it almost impossible to adjust the harness length. this also allowed slack to be introduced into the harness making it unsafe to use. as we were leaving on vacation when the cover failed my husband screwed the plate shut to keep our child safe until we were able to replace the seat. *jb
