| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Front passenger inner door handle is chrome plated. chrome plating has begun to peel off and has created sharp edges with the only remedy being replacement of the part. sharp edges have given "paper" cuts, drawing blood, to a passenger opening the vehicle door from the inside. vehicle is 2 years old, but over mileage for warranty coverage. due to safety issue, we believe honda should pay for repair as this also is not a "wear item". appeals to honda customer service have gone unanswered and honda care extended warranty refuses to cover. *jb |
