| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while attempting to put the vehicle into gear the transmission would not engage. the gear shifter would maneuver into drive and reverse but the transmission would never engage. the vehicle was towed to an independent repair shop for inspection. it was determined the transmission failed with 5 transmission codes. on several occasion prior to the transmission failure during regularly schedule maintenance there was diagnostic testing performed however the test showed no transmission codes. the manufacturer was alerted. |
