| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: After traveling about 350 miles on i-95 & i-26 we experienced a blowout on the rear tire. it did 1300.00 in body damage to our 2000 silverado 1500 p/u's rear fender. after replacing the tire with the spare we continued to our destination where we replaced all 4 tires with new ones. there was still approx 8000 miles left on the warranty, but we purchased a different brand. we saved the defective tire and sent it to the manufacturer who claimed it was road hazard damage. we did not encounter any road hazard and maintained the correct air pressure and tire rotation schedule. *nm |
