| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Rear liftgate glass shattered. this is the second time this has happened in two years. i replaced the liftgate glass in 2004 after it shattered the first time. a replacement part was put onto my vehicle on 12/14/05 after a recall service. within six months the part that was determined as defective in 2004 that was put onto my vehicle in december caused the glass to shatter again. *nm |
