| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was involved in a serious front end collision at approximately 40 mph on the freeway. my air bag did not deploy. when i called the dealership to inquire about why this happened and i was told that "air bags only deploy at certain angles." well, if it was a direct front end collision that caused $8,600 worth of damage, don't you think the air bag should have gone off? i had to replace everything between the engine and the bumper, this is ridiculous that i got the run -around about the air bag. i am very concerned that air bags in many vibes are faulty and that pontiac isn't doing anything about it. *nm |
