Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle's engine started knocking very loud then and it made a loud pop and seized, i was on a one lane highway around a curve where cars travel at around 65 mph, this could have been a deadly accident. luckily i had a friend following me who pushed me to safety. mechanic said the engine is no good and not repairable, would need replaced but he does not recommend because these engines are known for this problem and it could happen again after investing $3000 or more in replacing it. so now i have a very expensive lawn ornament! chrysler should be replacing these engines free of cost, what terrible craftsmanship and even worse their customer service! *jb |
