| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving 20 mph the vehicle was hit on the passenger side, causing the vehicle to become airborne flying over a three feet concrete barrier, hitting a another vehicle head on. the airbags did not deploy. seatbelts were in use however back and neck injuries were sustained. there was police report filed at the scene. the vehicle was towed to the dealer and is awaiting inspection. |
