| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2004 chrysler pacifica: ignition switch failed to engage the starter on the first attempt to start. second attempt would engage the starter. this scenario continued for one week. eventually the ignition switch failed to engage the starter completely, which left me stranded. ignition switch, and ignition switch housing had to be replaced due to a portion of the housing breaking off inside the switch.
