| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased 4 goodyear wrangler rt/s tires from discount tire co. on 1/17/2005 the truck began to shake and vibrate while driving at highway speed. i returned the truck to discount they rebalanced and rotated the tires and informed me if the truck continued to vibrate to take it to the dealership because it must be mechanical. i returned it to the dealership, they aligned, and roadforce balanced the tires. they found that their was a defect in the tires because too much weight was needed to balance the tires. they recommended that the tires be replaced. i returned the truck to discount tire co. they again did not find a defect in the tire. i then took it to a third party big o tire co. they inspected the tires and found a "hop" in the rear tires. it was again recommended to replace the defected tires. *nm |
