Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Consumer evenflo triumph metal piece that secures the crotch strap was found loose such that the edge of the metal was protruding from the seat. *ts this defect was found during a child seat check up event. the white clip that holds the harness buckle against the adjustment in the back of the seat had come off and fell out of the seat as the seat was tipped and moved during the check. the consumer claimed that the seat had not been moved since the initial installation by a certified tech (evenflo triumph 3591404p1). *nm
