| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My rear bumper which is a tow bumper just started rusting after the 36 month warranty has expired. i have an extended bumper to bumper warranty, but i was told this was not covered. i was also told by the dealer that this was not the first one that they had seen. they suggested that maybe it was bad plating which was causing the rust . this is a costly repair about $575.00 i just don't want other people to be caught off guard and to watch their rear bumper for defects. *jb |
