Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Intermittent turn signal and hazard lamps. at times while driving turn signals will not work at all. often times hazards will flash or chick rapidly during normal driving. same symptoms as gm recall 03043 or nhtsa campaign id 03v327000, however my vin [xxx] is not included in recall. gm shows only [xxx] through [xxx] in recall. these earlier vin use the same part and have the same problem as those listed in the recall. center console was removed for access and it was verified that any slight pressure to the combination 'hazard switch/flasher circuit board' will replicate the failures. problem is not resolved causing vehicle have a dangerous safety issue.*jb updated 07/16/2012 *js information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6) |
