| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I would like to register a complaint against chrysler. i own a 2003 jeep grand cherokee and i had to have the motor replaced for the driver side rear window. what is bothersome to me is that i never put this window down. no one sits in the back seat nor do i have children putting the window up and down. i also had to replace both the driver and passenger side motors as well. it's quite clear that there is a defect in this part. i would appreciate it if we start holding companies accountable for their products. *nm |
