| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The rear defrost interferes with the radio. you can't play the radio if it's raining. the jim colman infiniti dealer ordered the part that took 3 months to come in. when they finally installed the part it did not fix the problem. i was told they would have to replace the rear window, however they can't because my basic warranty had expired. i was still covered under the warranty when they ordered the part that didn't fix the problem. *nm |
