| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 2004 dodge ram 3500, automatic with diesel engine went into reverse without notice on 06-01-2006. the vehicle was put into park before i opened the drivers door. i stepped out of the vehicle and the vehicle was not moving and in park i went to unlock a gate and i noticed the vehicle going backwards with a goose neck trailer attached. the vehicle jack-knifed in the middle of the road and then ended up in the ditch, with damage to the cab twisted and bent, bed and tail gate damaged, windows broken, trailer was also damaged. *nm |
