| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated the replacement adjuster strap for the booster seat is defective. there is a nhtsa recall, #04c002000 on the child safety seat regarding the child seat tether strap. the adjuster strap moves and will not lock into place to hold the child. the replacement adjuster strap was removed from the child seat and the old one was put back on. the make of the booster seat is britax model husky e9l3028 manufactured in 01-02-2003. the manufacturer has been alerted. |
