| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The graco comfort sport seat is unsafe - it tilts to the left where the seat strap enters it. the straps coming over the child are loose on one side tight on the other. not safe at all. i called graco and the lady did not seem to care - she said to re-thread the straps. am i supposed to re-thread everytime we go anywhere? she said well that is how it is. i am very unhappy and the seat is very unsafe. *nm |
