| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated the vehicle has been exhibiting gradual problems with the emergency parking brakes over the years since it was purchased. when the emergency brake pedal was depressed on normal road conditions, it would not hold. this brake failure did not result in any crashes or injuries. the brake lights did not illuminate before any of the brake failures. adjustments were made to the brakes by a service dealer mechanic back in february 2004. the dealer requested the contact to return the vehicle for additional repairs. the design of braking system is rear-wheel antilock. there have been 12 failures since last adjustments were made in march. |
