| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I rented a chrysler 300 and discovered what i feel are two potential safety hazards. 1.) the cruise control is mounted just above the turn signal. when exiting the highway, i started to signal a right turn and realized that the lever felt too small. luckily i moved my hand to the signal indicator. if i had lifted the cruise control lever, the car would have tried to resume the speed i had been using on the highway (65 mph). 2.) the top of the steering wheel covers the speedometer. drivers need to duck down to look through the spokes to see their speed. the wheel is adjustable, i had it at the bottom. i am six feet tall. *nm |
