Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Driver's side power window will roll down, but fails to come back up. sometimes, it will come up in small increments. but, usually, i have to wait a long time for it to work. if it's raining and the window is accidentally opened, it is difficult to get back up if driving on the highway, causing a potentially dangerous situation and also potentially getting things inside the vehicle wet that shouldn't get wet. *nm
