Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Every time i get out of my car, place my feet on the ground, and then touch metal that being the car frame or car door, i get shocked. the only way i do not get shocked is by touching the metal continuously as i place my feet on the ground and then i am able to close the door without getting shocked. the only other time i do not get shocked is when it is raining. this does not happen when i get out of any other car. i am beginning to hate my car because of this. why is it doing this. i have told the people at the dealership when i get my oil changed and they have no answers and do not seem interested in checking into this. *nm |
