| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My complaint is regarding a evenflo embrace 5 infant carrier. the model number is 5491634a manufactured on 11/22/05. i removed the child safety seat from the manufacturer packaging and went to adjust the harness i noticed that the harness adjuster is stuck closed. this defect is not allowing the harness on the infant carrier to loosen or tighten. *jb |
