| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated after taking the vehicle in for an inspection, the mechanic informed the contact the rear brakes and rotors were bad. the contact inspected the rotors and noticed the rotors were pitted very badly. prior to inspection, on the first of may 2006, the the vehicle was to a dealership for a routine oil change and they determined that the brakes and rotors looked good. the contact expressed concern of how the rotors could have become so pitted in such a short period of time. |
