| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased an evenflo discovery car seat and used it for two-three months before i detected a problem. shortly after the canopy began to fall forward and backward. i called the company and was given replacement parts, these did not work. i was then issued a new product. which worked fine for two-three months. the canopy falls backward preventing the seat from locking in the base. also when driving my son can pull the canopy forward and it presents a suffocation hazard to him. i was told to just remove the canopy from the car seat by evenflo, which i feel is still dangerous to my son's eyes. *jb |
