Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My srs light came on. i believe this is related to a safety item, the airbags of the car. when i called the local dealership (open road honda) they informed me that it would cost 105 just to diagnose the problem then from there it would be additional costs. i read on your website that all safety items should be fixed at no cost. the dealer told me that only safety belts are under that warranty. i'm very unhappy. i looked around some websites and other dealers have fixed it for no cost. why is my local dealer asking me for 105 just to diagnose a safety product on my car? it is unsafe to drive without my airbags on! i am afraid of driving it since one of the reasons why i bought the car was because it has airbags. now they don't work. *jb
